Do you accept returns?
Yes, we absolutely accept returns. Just make sure the item arrives in its original, sealed packaging and hasn't been opened or used. We want to make sure everything is in perfect condition for the next customer, and we know you'll want the same if you're ordering from us.

Can I use HFA on color-treated hair?
Our HFA Detox Shampoo works great on color-treated hair, Keratin-treated hair, chemically-treated hair, and extensions. We skip the harsh stuff—no phthalates, sulfates, or parabens. That said, it's always a good idea to check in with your stylist before trying something new.
How long is it safe to use after opening?

How do I use it?
Work the HFA Detox Shampoo through wet hair, giving your scalp a good massage, then rinse completely. Use once or twice a week to restore balance and bring your hair back to its natural lightness and shine.
